Yokohama

When was the last time I came to Yokohama? Looking at familiar scenery, I realize how much I miss Yokohama. Yeah, I like this city.

Anyway, the reason why I came to Yokohama today is the Newspaper Museum. I have visited there a few times before, but I don't think I paid good attention to the collection. The historic exhibition of the museum is well organized and helpful to understand the development of newspapers. Actually, what I have learned from books (lots of books) is compactly compiled in the exhibition. That is, if you walk around in the exhibition, you don't need to spend extra hours to read to grab a overview of newspapers.

I hope the museum shop sells goods and products related to newspapers. I looked for a little gift for BF, who I will see next month. Because BF is a newspaper lover and professor, I thought he would be happy to have a souvenir related to Japanese newspapers. But the only thing that I could find was a set of postcards with images of old Japanese newspapers.
